Additional Information: Although the name for the set is long-established by the hobby, “Leaf” does not appear on the cards. Instead the backs bear a “©Sports Novelties Inc., Chicago, Ill.” copyright line on the bottom of the card. SCD states that the second series, card numbers 73-144, is “quite scarce.”

Donruss/Playoff recycled the design with its 2003 Leaf 60 insert set.
